This Weixin Pay Proper Use Rules apply to all Weixin Pay overseas Institutions and Merchants which have entered into Weixin Pay Cross-border Payment Service Agreement and/or equivalent contract relating with Weixin Pay Cross-border Payment Service.
Please note that “You” shall mean Merchant and/or Institution. If you are a Merchant, you shall commit to abide by this Weixin Pay Proper Use Policy. If you are an Institution, you shall commit to require and ensure your sub-merchants to conform to this Weixin Pay Proper Use Policy.
1. Permitted Categories
Subject to the Chinese applicable laws, statute, ordinance, regulations, and the approval of SAFE, Weixin Pay Cross-border Payment Service is permitted for categories of cross-border transactions as listed below:

Tenpay is entitled to adjust or update the Weixin Pay Proper Use Rules and will inform you from time to time. Simultaneously, in case of any change about You including but not limited to your business model, your business categories, new goods on sale, new functions regarding your service, the enforcement of any new laws, statute, ordinance, and regulations in your countries or regions, please inform us with a thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice to the following email:
wxpayglobal@tencent.com. Besides, you are not allowed to engage in any cross-regional acquiring behavior unless you can provide relevant qualifications for such acquiring behavior.
