1. Institution/service providers can log in to the WeChat Pay Merchant Platform and go to: Transaction > Funds Distribution function > Signing up for function to sign the cross-border funds-distribution agreement.

2. Upon successful signing of the agreement, cross-border funds-distribution function will be activated immediately.

Signing page:

1. Institution/service providers can log in to the WeChat Pay Merchant Platform and go to: Transaction > Funds Distribution function > Activating for sub-merchant to activate cross-border funds-distribution for sub-merchants. Note: Institution/service providers must first sign the cross-border funds-distribution agreement before they can activate cross-border funds-distribution for sub-merchants.

2. The relevant information is submitted on the platform and the review process will take 7-10 working days to complete.

Application page:

1. Institution/service providers can add enterprises and individual users as receivers through the API. The receiver account can be a "Merchant ID" or "personal balance account". For more information, read the API Dictionary provided by WeChat Pay.

2. The relevant information is submitted in the form of API and the review process will take 3-5 working days to complete.

Institutions can add receivers any time before they initiate a funds-distribution command.
