Dear Partners,

WeChat Pay, Weixin Pay, Tenpay and the related brands (hereinafter referred to as the “Brands”) are protected by relevant laws and regulations. The Brands belong to Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tenpay”) or its affiliates. Each partner shall strictly follow the specifications (hereinafter referred to as “Specifications”) for the use of the Brands for publicity.

It will be deemed as violation if one or several of the following circumstances occur during the publicity.

1. Use the Brands for publicity without the permission of Tenpay;

2. Malicious acts are in publicity that may damage to the Brands and images of Tenpay and/or its affiliates; use counterfeit Brands, or slander as well as maliciously tamper with the Brands and the images of Tenpay and/or its affiliates for publicity; denigrate the Brands or Tenpay’s staff as well as the business personnel of other Weixin Pay service providers;

3. Use exaggerated, false, guaranteed or absolute description in publicity.

In case of any violation, Tenpay will take the following measures.

1. In case of any of the above-mentioned violation, Tenpay will send a formal notice of warning and rectification through Tenpay’s overseas official business e-mail address “wxpayglobal@tencent.com”;

2. If a partner fails to correct the publicity or withdraw the script during the rectification period, Tenpay will take penalties including but not limited to stopping the examination of submitted application materials, setting payment limits and suspending its payment ability.

Review procedure for using the Brands for publicity

1. Send the publicity script and the releasing-channels’ information to Tenpay’s overseas official business e-mail address “wxpayglobal@tencent.com”, with the subject of “[Publicity Review] Partner + Merchant + News Headlines”;

2. Tenpay will provide feedback via e-mail within three business days in China. Please follow the requirements specified in our replied e-mail to make public and release.

Special Note:

If there is any inconsistency between the Specifications and the Weixin Pay Cross-border Payment Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Tenpay and any partner, the Agreement shall prevail.
