If a cross-border funds-distribution order is initiated, can users still be provided with full refunds?

1. For the part of the cross-border funds-distribution order that is settled overseas, a refund can be initiated. See Submit Refund API for details.
2. For the part of the domestic funds-distribution order that is settled domestically, a refund cannot be initiated for now. It is recommended to initiate domestic funds-distribution after processing goods return/refund. In this case, the transaction funds are distributed to external enterprises.
