After application for a merchant ID, Mini Program Payment is enabled by default. The merchant only needs to associate with the Mini Program APPID that shares the same subject with the merchant ID on the merchant platform. For sub-merchants belonging to the institution, the binding operations should be performed by the institution. If binding fails on the merchant platform, an application can be submitted offline. On the contrary, in-app payment is disabled by default, unless an application is submitted. For sub-merchants belonging to the institution, they should apply for in-app payment authorization. After this payment permission is enabled, the merchant needs to associate with the app APPID on the merchant platform.
