	● What if "Insufficient unsettled fund" is displayed when overseas merchants are making a refund?
	In overseas refunding scenarios, the refund is from the transaction fund on the day when the refund request is submitted. If the refund amount is greater than the transaction fund, the refund will fail. Ensure that the fund in refund account is sufficient before applying for refund.

	● Is partial refund supported in overseas payment scenarios? Is there any limit of times?
	Yes. Partial refund is supported. The accumulative refund amount cannot be greater than the order amount. A maximum of 50 times of partial refund are supported.

	● What is the time limit for the transactions to be refunded?
	You can apply for a refund for all the transactions in the past year.

	● Where can I check the refund details of overseas payment?
	Refund details can be obtained via the refund query API. You can also check the statement of the day when the refund is completed.

	● What's the exchange rate for refund of overseas payment?
	For transactions with price marked in a foreign currency, the exchange rate upon order placement prevails. For transactions with price marked in CNY, the exchange rate upon refund application prevails.

	● Will the service charge be also refunded?
	No. Service charge is beyond the scope of refund. Instead, service charge for the transaction will be returned in the method of netting.

	● Why is a message displayed indicating insufficient fund while there is unsettled fund in the account?
	WeChat Pay transactions are settled on the "T+1" day. That means transactions on the "T" day will be settled on the"T+1" day. Exchanged fund can only be paid to merchants, and cannot be used for refund. Therefore, refund for a transaction comes from the transaction fund on the day for applying for the refund. Ensure that enough transaction fund is available on the day for refund.
