By default, WeChat Pay provides statements of the "T" day on the "T+1" day. You can obtain the statements from 9:00 (Beijing time) on the "T+1" day.
- ● What's the format of WeChat Pay statements?
WeChat Pay statements are in CSV format by default. Statements obtained via the API can be saved as EXCEL files.
- ● What's the period of WeChat Pay statements?
The period of WeChat Pay statements is 00:00-24:00 in a natural day.
- ● Why are WeChat Pay statements empty?
Obtain the statements in the period when they are provided.
- ● What does cashFee in a statement means?
CashFee means the actual payment amount of WeChat users, calculated in CNY for mainland China Wallet and HKD for Hong Kong Wallet.
- ● How should I deal with the PROCESSING refund in a WeChat Pay statement?
PROCESSING indicates that the refund is successfully processed. Deal with it as a successfully completed refund.
