1. Check whether the key used for the signature is correct. If you are uncertain about that, reset the key on the merchant platform (see Resetting API Key). After the resetting, synchronize the update to the online environment so that services can normally run.
2. Check whether the signed data is consistent with the XML data and whether the signature follows required rules (see Signature rules). The signature result can be verified by using the signature verification tool (see Signature verification tool). .
