  • Appointment through WeChat for the HPV nine-valent vaccine launched in the first phase proved to be a successful case. Patients can select the appointment date and time and arrange their journey in advance, with peace of mind that the stocks have been set aside for them and they would be able to complete the full course of vaccination. Upon arrival at the service locations, patients only need to present their travel / identity documents and WeChat Pay records to check in. Instead of having to pay in cash or by credit card after receiving the service, patients can now enjoy a more hassle-free experience. Waiting time is also significantly reduced as there is better control of the number of patients showing up at specific times.

  • · Appointment through WeChat has now been extended to package bookings for Health Assessment and vaccination services. Other services will be made available for booking through WeChat by phases. The adoption of WeChat Pay optimizes patients' appointment making process, while also easing staff's workload thanks to the simplified procedures.
